Mike Neighbors

Mike started his sober living experience as a client at New Hope Recovery Home back in 2017. After his last prison term in 2019, he was offered a job as a live-in manager for New Hope. Going on his 6^th year with New Hope now, Mike and his fiancée’, Kat, have opened two of their own community-based, self-pay sober livings in Ventura and Oxnard. Mike is going on his 8^th year clean and sober, and his past incarcerations and his drug and alcohol addictions has given him the life experience needed to support men in their difficult transition to independent living. Joining the Ventura Sober Living Coalition has been a blessing and Mike is looking forward to serving as the secretary.
