Conveniently located near downtown Oxnard, CA, Phillips House is close to public transportation, the train station, AA and NA meetings, Oxnard Public Library, and the Pacific Ocean. Phillips House is equipped with a spacious kitchen, WiFi, cable TV, outdoor gym, and a gas BBQ.
